Premium patio furniture, teak dining sets, luxury loungers, and outdoor cushions represent a significant investment. Improper winter storage can lead to expensive and sometimes irreversible damage.

• Rodents & Mice: Mice can nest inside cushions and chew through expensive outdoor upholstery.
• Mold & Mildew: Trapped moisture can cause staining, odors, and deterioration.
• Snow & Ice: Harsh winter weather can damage finishes, frames, and furniture components.
• Garage Clutter: Bulky outdoor furniture consumes valuable space in garages, basements, and storage areas.
• Spring Cleanup: Dirty furniture, damaged cushions, and accumulated debris can delay the enjoyment of your outdoor spaces.

Fox Hill offers a better solution.

Our professional team collects your pool and patio furniture, cushions, umbrellas, and other accepted outdoor furnishings directly from your property.

We carefully handle your furnishings and coordinate pickup around your seasonal property maintenance schedule.

During the winter, we thoroughly clean furniture and cushions using methods appropriate for their materials.

Our services may include:

• Teak and hardwood furniture cleaning
• Outdoor upholstery and cushion cleaning
• Aluminum, wrought iron, and metal furniture cleaning
• Wicker and synthetic resin furniture care
• Removal of accumulated dirt, organic debris, and mildew staining
• Material-appropriate cleaning and odor treatment

Winter is the perfect opportunity to address the wear and tear accumulated throughout the summer.

Depending on furniture condition and materials, our restoration services may include:

• Teak cleaning and refinishing
• Wood furniture restoration
• Hardware tightening and replacement
• Minor furniture repairs
• Surface restoration
• Cushion and upholstery repair coordination
• Protective finishing treatments

Additional repairs are reviewed and authorized before work begins.

Instead of filling your garage or leaving expensive furniture exposed to the elements, allow Fox Hill to manage your seasonal storage needs.

Furniture is stored in a designated protected environment using appropriate handling and storage procedures to reduce exposure to weather, moisture, and pests.

When warmer weather returns, we coordinate delivery of your professionally cleaned and serviced furnishings.

Our team returns the furniture to your property and places it in the designated outdoor living areas.

Your patio is ready. Your poolside furniture is ready. All that's left is to enjoy the season.
